PSA Case Concerns

I'm new to the forum and just getting into graded cards and I recently picked this up. My main concern is the white spotting between the label and the card. Does it look like evidence of tampering or is it from the sonic welding? There is also a little frosting on the top and a spot on the bottom.

    I'm not sure what the spotting is in between the label and card, but that case has not been tampered with. The frosting would be quite a bit worse had it been messed with.

    the white spotting your talking looks like plastic dust particles from the slabs manufacturing process. probably something that QA missed. the plastic needs to be blown out with air or wiped clean before they assemble the slab in the sonic welder. I have a few cards with some specks here and there.

    Thanks for the info. I might send it in to PSA for their reholder service. It's not a huge deal but it will bug me.

    you could always email them the pictures and ask about it. they may deem it as a quality control issue and reholder it for you at no cost.
