Topps online exclusives question

Does anyone else have a problem knowing when Topps releases their online exclusive? Can anyone explain how the raffle process works?

Topps has a club that you can join one time per year at a specified time called the Montgomery Club. Those members get the first chance at a given product, I believe for 24 hours, and are notified via email of the new products.
Generally, the next day, if you have a Topps.com account you can enter into the raffle. The raffle is random and you will be notified by email if you "win" a chance to purchase the product.
I am not a member and normally I find out on other message boards that are geared toward a more modern collecting base. I hope this helps and good luck.
