I am interested in knowing also. I currently use eBay for selling many things but am hesitant about selling cards there. Fraud is to rampant with forced return acceptance and fees are to high.
https://myslabs.com/ is an alternative. It's very new compared to ebay so it's still lightly used, but fees are just 1% from what I've seen. Has to be slabbed - nothing raw - and you have to apply to be a buyer / seller. Returns are heavily frowned upon, with site banning as a deterrent. I don't know if they support auctions - I've only seen BINs - so this might not technically answer your questions...
