Wayne Gretzky rookie

I am looking at a Wayne Gretzky O-Pee-Chee rookie card on Ebay. The seller confirms a small "ink" spot on the back of the card. He thinks it might be print defect, but it looks more like an ink spot to me. If it is ink, how will it affect the grade if I send it to be graded. Otherwise, the card is probably exmt-nm condition

Ink minus 3 grades . It’s like a crease but worse to me.
This is one of those cards I'd never buy raw, especially without looking at it in person first.

Thanks for your replies. They help
Minus 2, not 3, though that is based on registry rating. The card will still get the grade it deserves based on other merits but it will also carry the (MK) qualifier. For the sake of discussion, if this means that arbitrarily it is a 7 without the mark, it will still be a 7 but will be 7 (MK) instead of 7 NQ. However, though a 7 (MK) rates the same as a 5 NQ on the registry, a 5 NQ is worth more in $.
