1992-1999 Topps Baseball Boxes

I am currently doing a 1980 - 1991 Topps Baseball BBCE FASC collection. I am thinking of extending the run to at least the mid-'90s. I have a few questions regarding these boxes I am hoping I can get some help.

I have seen series 1 & 2 boxes. I am wondering if they split the boxes up into two, and this is why there are two series. If so, did they do that for subsequent years? Also, does BBCE authentic these in FASC form? Any help would be appreciated. I am not at all familiar with the '90s boxes after 1991.
