Valid phone number for PWCC???

Does anyone have a valid phone number for PWCC?? I have a few questions about items I am thinking of consigning, but I am uncomfortable sending them to someone I can't reach by phone.

    You'll be fine. Just fill out the forms and send them with tracking, insurance and a signature.

    (833) 333-7922 is their number but I believe it will direct you to use the CHAT function on their website. That's what happened to me on Tuesday and I actually had a great experience with using their CHAT service.

    That's what happened to me today, but I am guessing they turned it off?

    I'd be uncomfortable consigning anything with PWCC, phone or no phone.
