DraftKings announced Wednesday that it has added Michael Jordan as a special advisor to it's board and in exchange Jordan will receive an equity stake in the company.
Investors cheered the news by sending the stock up 13% in pre market trading.

I have no idea how the stock market functions or what any of this means. Heck, I couldn't wait to get away from the education scene man. I just want to be a hippie. Is that too much to ask? I don't think so.

It says Jordan will provide guidance and stategic advice for the company. I guess it's kind of like Shaq and Papa Johns.
Will the Michael Jordan "I'll beat the Jazz in 6" Parlay on Draftkings be considered the same as that Shaq-A-Roni Pizza special for Papa John?

I’ve enjoyed betting ping pong on draft kings. Small wagers. Nothing spectacular. The favorites usually win, and there is small money to be made when sticking with them. Now what I just said has nothing to do with MJ, unless he enjoys a good game of pong every now and then.
DraftKings is planning on opening up a sportsbook inside Wrigley field.
