Did anyone else get this email from PayPal it's a one time use code for 25% off on eBay no minimum. Does it work on sports cards?

no, here is the list of sellers that qualifies for 25 percent off and none sell sports cards, they used to give 10 percent coupons for sports cards years ago, those days are long gone
