Tom Terrific!
I noticed this a few hours ago and, though I knew he was in declining health with dementia, have nonetheless been stunned since.
I saw a news item that he also had Lyme Disease and COVID 19.
One of the great players from the Boston Red Sox (1986).
RIP
Generational Pitcher RIP TS!
Unbelievable. I remember '69 like it was yesterday...

The poster child for an athlete with class and dignity.
Great pitcher and always carried himself as a class act. RIP. As a Phillies fan, when both Carlton and Seaver were in their primes, those pitching matchups were just tremendous.

I like that the Mets took the field with dirt on their right knee. A classy gesture.
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
