1921 High Relief Peace

Why do some slabs for 1921 Peace dollars say "High Relief" and others don't? I can't tell the difference with the reliefs on the coins and I see it on circulated and mint state coins.

All 1921's are high relief, some grading companies label different and some have changed how they label over the years.

Thanks I just didn't know if they used it for coins with a really good strike.
High relief die design didn't fill in very well. So they switched to low relief in 1922.
It was actually die failures that did in the design
