I know about lime green seals, I have a few. But are orange seals a thing?

Faded, Weathered, sweat washed…. Red Seal
Looks faded.
Good question as these are encountered with some regularity.
Bleach and other chemicals are sometimes deliberately used to change color seals in order to sell notes as "errors". These can look pretty convincing, especially to those not familiar with the scam.
It can also occur naturally, as Scooter007 and Jimnight indicated.
Its ok if its not a real error. I didn't buy for that reason. It came in a lot of old currency I recently purchased. Gonna sell most of the bills but I'll keep this one just because its different. I love different.
I got this bill in the same lot. Keeping it also.
Can you post a picture of the back side?
Thanks......nice bill!
Would you keep it or sell? How much is it worth?
I would keep it for sure. I think it may be cut/trimmed from a sheet versus a printing error. Maybe someone more experienced with this could offer a better opinion. If so cut, maybe 15-20$.
I like that five dollar note.
Hydrogen Peroxide, but you must use a strong concentration and watch to quickly pull at the change
