How rare is this card exactly? I found one searching through my old boxes. It sells in the $75-95 dollar range on eBay but pop reports are very low. The bottom corners on my copy are not sharp so I'm not sure grading makes much sense from a monetary value, but would it be wise to get it graded anyway before selling?
