I'm looking for eye appealing coins in ICG, Anacs, or PCI holders (will consider a few others too...no PCGS or NGC for this request...and nothing super modern).

    Thank you for the info. The way you phrase it makes it sound like the coins will be too expensive. I usually hear that the seller needs to offer the price and the buyer can pass, play, or counter (unless it is someone just looking for an appraisal or taking the coins to a local dealer).
