Aside from it being a horrible listing, what new dirty trick and I missing?
I get it’s grossly overpriced and not blast white and there’s no evidence of an OGH...but isn’t all that common?

No evidence of a slab, let alone an OGH. I would have contacted the seller before posting here. As @ifthevamzarockin mentioned, it might have been a sloppy mistake from a coin novice.
You’re right I did find the sell similar link and it copies title exactly. Maybe honest mistake although enough errors between the two sales to make you wonder what made him think his coin was similar
If you look closely, the heading shows "David Kahn Rare Coins" but the seller's name is listed as "ktinaris" with 37 stars. David Kahn / David Kahn Rare Coins did not post this Morgan Dollar.
I've known David Kahn for over 25 years and he is a respected Numismatist and Dealer. He sells on both e-bay and on his own website, and he attends all major shows (when they are being held). HE is a member in good standing in a number of Numismatic lubs and organizations. He is an experienced grader. I have bought and sold with him in the past and will again in the future.

Seller may have used the "sell similar" listing feature and doesn't know much about coins. ????
He listed DavidKahnRareCoins as part of the ad.

@AlanSki thanks. There were no comments when I looked. Shoulda checked out and then back in after replies.

I am also inclined to believe this is what happened.

Does sell similar put another sellers name in title ?
Yes, if it was in the listing they clicked on to "sell similar"
I would be willing to bet that if a very nice, polite message was sent to the seller they would update the listing and thank you for the help.
Edited to add: Not sure how they would react if you tried to help them with pricing.
And David Kahn does use their name in listings.
Here is the exact listing that was copied (probably using the "Sell one like this" option):
