Copy Coins

It would be useful to be able to copy an exiting record and then revise it. When building an inventory and you have multiple coins with similar values, it would make it quicker to add subsequent coins.

The certification number makes "copying" a non-issue - no 2 coins can be the same even if they are the same year/denom/mint mark

Adding a coin(s) is as easy as the Add Inventory link - type the cert - check the box to update all sets

All that is required to add a new coin at any time is the 7 or 8-digit cert number

If you're adding non-PCGS graded coins, I would recommend clicking the "IMPORT ITEMS FROM CSV" tab on the "ADD INVENTORY" page, follow the instructions on that page and download then upload a completed CSV file. You can add as much information for each coin that you have. As long as the info is entered correctly all of the coins on your spreadsheet will be added. This is probably the easiest and most efficient way to add multiples of the same coin if you do not have certification numbers (if you do have cert numbers you can still enter the cert numbers on the spreadsheet). Keep in-mind non-PCGS graded coins will not qualify to compete but you can track them as inventory.
