Sets Disappeared of Registry

My Favre Master and Super Sets seem to have disappeared off the listings in the set pages. Both were/are number 1 sets. Both still show in my lists of set as being #1. But when you look at the main page of listings for sets they do not appear anywhere. Both sets have the published box checked. Has this happened to anyone else lately?
