1981 1 st Bulgaria Rare?

Everywhere I look it says there are only 137 of these puppies. If that is the case it should be worth a lot more than the 20- 60 dollar range I am seeing. Does anybody know anything about this coin? Found it in a 50 pound lot of world coins. Has some bin marks and scratches but I think it has not been circulated. I saw a coin on ucoin that had a fake name next to it. Could this be a fake?

Hmm, I wonder about the authority of such an estimate. I tend to question these GREATLY!!!

@rmuniak Look closely at the second photo (obverse of the coin). It says "one thousand three hundred years." This is a commemorative coin "1300th Anniversary of Bulgaria" KM # 111. https://en.ucoin.net/coin/bulgaria-1-stotinka-1981/?cid=17131

This is not the rare 1981 KM # 84 regular coin you mean.
The obverse of the KM # 84 coin should look like this:
