1950 $20 misaligned

After doing some research I've only found misalignment in a horizontal plane or vertical plane. Not cockeyed as this one is. Any help is appreciated!

Nice error note. These tend to be worth a little more when it occurs to the face. Depending on how dramatic the error is and the condition of the note, these sell for sometimes several hundreds of dollars. Here is one that is quite dramatic.
