Mike Trout Jacket and Hat

I grew up in the town next to Mike Trout and always went to his high school games. A short time after he was drafted my mom attended a charity auction. Apparently he had donated and signed this hat and jacket to the auction and the story was that the Angels gave him these when he got drafted. My mom was the only bidder for these items and they came home with us. The hat came with a COA but the jacket has nothing else that came with it. Does anybody have anywhere I can find more information about these items and maybe what the value could be on these? Would love to know more about them I can’t find anything like this online.

A couple of concerns with these items:
If the items came directly from Mike Trout, then why would there be a third party COA coming with the item?
Why would the Angels give him a hat that isn't a New Era fullback?
And why would the Angels give Mike Trout a jacket that was already 9 years old when he was drafted?
