I have a group of about 80 of these, very clean and wrinkle and crease free. I want to grade them, but could use some help and advice. I will add some scans. Since they are hand-cut, I need to determine the potential grades. I know that the full black border all around is required for a numerical grade if not the card gets an "authentic". My question is how much of the border should be visible and how much extra material can be left around the border. How neat does the cut have to be. And lastly, should I attempt to make the edges and cuts better? Whoever originally cut them out did a decent job, but I can see some that can be improved.

You can cut them all the way down to the black line. Nothing is required beyond that, but some like a small white border. You may have to alter consistency depending on surface flaws near the black border. Looking forward to the scans.
