Does anyone know if you can sub coins and pins now with cards??

I know in the past that coins and pins had to be on their own form. The wording under the quarterly special makes it seem that now they are included with cards and tall boys now. Can anyone help me out??

    Have to be on their own submission...or else it will be a problem order and take longer to get resolved and graded. I know better now :)

    The wording on it makes it seem like you can. It shows tall boys and cards, and I sub those together.
