Oof. Gum staining so bad it went THROUGH the back card and got on top of the next! It bubbled through the front! Think some moisture found its way in? Other cards are slightly sticky; is that common for this year?

Any error cards showing on top of the cellos?

Horrible year. Good luck finding some nice cards.

    Watch out for print defects!

  • I recently bought a factory-sealed set and the Bonds was the second worst card in the box. T/B centering was cringeworthy and it had a print defect in the nameplate. The worst was the Jim Sundberg which was creased b/c it ended up right against one of the inner box folds. Tough year no matter how you get the cards (be it wax, cello, vending, etc.)

    Good luck.
I may be incentivized enough someday to go through my 1500 1987 topps Bo Jacksons
and 500 Will Clarks to see if any are PSA 10 worthy. Basically untouched since 1987.
Probably purchased from Jim Carr when he advertised in SCD but I really don't remember.

I am sure you have a few Bo Jackson 10's in there!
