Paypal and sending money

I am not yet registered for ebay managed payments.

I have money in my paypal account and just tried to send an amount to my bank account.

Now I can't without a fee of $10

is this what some of you are experiencing?

I would assume Paypal FF is the same?

Collecting PSA... FB,BK,HK,and BB HOF RC sets

FB & BB HOF Player sets

    I can transfer to my bank for free , or can choose to receive a paper check in the mail for $1.50...Just made a transfer to test it out...I also received a PayPal FF payment for fantasy football league entry fee this weekend, also no fees whatsover...

    Havent made any changes to ebay account in years as far as payments go, so unclear what the "managed payments" are for..I do accept PayPal for sales, but its been that way for 5-10 years now...
