All scratches are on the case.
I want to say PSA 6 but I’m leaning towards a PSA 7.

Grade is correct after looking as well. It is centered well for the issue but bottom left corner is dinged enough to make it what it is.
I am not one to whine over my grades but I pulled this from a rip and def thought it was an 8.5 all day due to centering. Bottom left is touched a lot less than many 9’s I own. Oh well, it’s a great 8 and came back 8 on re-sub also.
From first few posts (after scratches only on the case) I was thinking 8 or 8.5 -- depending on the back
I agree with 8. They grade Ryans very tough, but centering could have raised to 8.5 with love from a different grader.
