This was given to me about 25 years ago, PSA quick opinion came back likely not genuine, any chance it’s real?

The only way to find out is to spend the money to have it authenticated. Given the huge number of fake Michael Jordan autographs it may not be a wise expenditure, especially since you have already received a negative opinion from a "quick opinion" submission.

I'm far from an expert on his sig, but don't recall ever seeing a legit one where his last name was that abbreviated.
