So let's see, that means if a vaccine is never developed or the vaccine is not completely effective, it means the end of college football.
Humans evolved from living in caves and now it seems we are regressing back to that lifestyle.

Since athletes are students and since there will be no or limited activity on campus there isn’t much choice. College football without students and alumni in the stands is hollow.

Will anyone who gets drafted play a snap after April 29th? I wouldn't take a risk of injury at that point.
No doubt that’s a consideration. The PAC 12 just followed suit and canceled as well. Will shoot for the Spring. Some PAC 12 VS Big Ten match ups in Spring could add some spice I suppose. Trying to find some positives out of this.

More of a liability issue...too many potential lawsuits for anyone playing or attending games that might contract the virus and, well...die.

I don't believe those who hope to play in the NFL next year will play college ball in the spring. I also think that is the wise stance.

During an appearance Monday on College Football Live, Buckeyes head coach Ryan Day wouldn't rule out the idea that Ohio State might leave the Big Ten for 2020 in order to play games.
QB likely out for a spring season ...
Fields previously indicated he hasn't considered opting out of this season. He might have to reexamine his stance since a spring season would likely overlap with the 2021 NFL draft or the overall draft process.
