The Owner GAVE me back my MONEY! Yes. What a guy! I would never believe it. I know, He really shouldn't of, because that was my decision. What a guy. I will spend majority of the $200,if not all of it, at his shop.

Yep! Imagine dude, if this coin was for real, legit and graded straight at PCGS. This coin would be sent to Heritage. The owner told me that he's going to send it to Heritage. Here's the kicker, the owner told me that he's going to send it in to PCGS himself! He'd let me know what happens. Lol He'll be the Guinea pig. Lol

Kind of makes you wonder why he was willing to sell it to you for $200 then, doesn't it?
@joeykoins ...all respect intended here.
At $10-15 it would have been a decent buy, if nothing else, as a work of "art"ificial toning and as a conversation piece.
But if you really paid $200 for that, I agree with a few other posters and suggest you keep your wallet in your pocket.
Word will get out and THEY will see you coming.
i didn't see anyone say anything so i will now since i held back after the thread started.
does the holder seem to be tampered with in any way? (kind of moot now if the coin was returned/accepted) i'd lean towards the slab being tampered with before seeing PCI mess up that bad.
keep posting/sharing. you post a lot, you will learn a lot.
my post count represents that i've learned a lot, not that i necessarily know a lot.

Walker Proof Digital Album Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

The coin could have been toned in the slab (even if not by the slab), which means PCI may not have seen the coin like this. However, two things give me reason to think that may not be the case. First, the coin isn't even a CAM, which likely means it had enough toning to hide the frost significantly by the time it was graded. Two, while the earlier green PCI was a decent grading company, I'd have no reason to think gold PCI wouldn't mess up that badly. Well, I suppose it would be better to say that I wouldn't even think it would count as messing up for them.

Takes a big man to admit.......ah...ah.......oh, well......YOU'RE THE MAN!
What are the diagnostics to show that the coin is CuNi instead of 40%?
The Type 2 silver proof didn't have a mint mark.
Congratulations on having some VERY thick skin.
You have my utmost respect brother, Joey.

If he charged you $200 for that then I guess he knows you won't walk away and spend the money elsewhere...
