Need help in identifying Jay Publishing-like Mantle photo

This photo is not like the 1958-61 or the 1959 All-Star Jay Publishing Mantle photos because: 1) Neither Mantle's name nor team name is at the bottom, 2) Photo shows part of NY emblem, while neither the 1958-61 nor the 1959 All Star photos do, and 3) The surface is glossy and unlike typical Jay Publishing photos. Also, it is not shown in the January 2020 SCD article showing Jay Publishing and team issued photos of Mantle. I've attached a link to that article.

Always looking for Mantle cards such as Stahl Meyer, 1954 Dan Dee, 1959 Bazooka, 1960 Post, 1952 Star Cal Decal, 1952 Tip Top Bread Labels, 1953-54 Briggs Meat, and other Topps, Bowman, and oddball Mantles.

Looks taller/narrower than the Picture Pack photos?

Yes, while it is a 5 x 7 including the borders like the others, the photo itself is taller and narrower than the typical Jay photos of Mantle. This photo has not been cropped like the other ones (1958-61 and 1959 All Star).

What is odd to me is that Mantle's name and the team name are absent.

Any help in identifying would be appreciated.
