Help with Atomic 1997-98 KEITH VAN HORN BOWMAN'S BEST REFRACTOR RC AUTOGRAPH

Reaching out to the basketball collectors on this board regarding this Atomic Refractor Rookie Card of Keith Vanhorn. A friend has this card and ask me if he should get it graded. I am not a 90's basketball collector nor an autograph collector so I am not sure what advice to give him.

What do you think to the best option is to sell this card.

Option #1 Leave it as is and sell

Option #2 Get it graded and then sell

Also I know there are different ways to get it graded with the dual grading. If you were to get this card graded would you do the dual grading of both the card and the autograph or just get it graded authentic? Or any other options that you can think of.

I’d sell it raw instead of waiting to get it graded.
It’s a nice card but it’s also VanHorn so not a huge card money wise maybe 500.
If you do send I’d grade the card and auto as the auto looks solid.
