Good and bad Coin World advertisers?

Some of the best ones I dealt with were in the back of Coin World with "want" ads and small ads "for sale". A modern US silver coin buyer in Tonawanda NY was unfailingly honest paying considerably more for a box of 2x2s I bought at a Ft. Myers show. Also a $20 Liberty gold seller from San Jose had very nice original PCGS coins. Less good was a big advertiser who claimed "highest" prices, but when sent he quarreled with the PCGS/NGC grades offering grades below the holders they were in.
