Why do I consistally get "no page from server" error and my cpu is way slower?

every time I am on Windows or Internet, the cpu gets very slow
and on the internet after a few minutes, I get the "no page from server" or that type of error when I try to load a page

any suggestions?

have you called your internet provider about your problem, maybe they can find the problem, tech support
