Older style 5 digit PSA/DNA cert numbers on normal PSA label?

I've seen a few cards that have an older label with a normal cert number but also have a 5 digit cert number. was this just an older DNA cert before they just started using the normal cert numbers? I dont see anywhere to run that cert, and when you run the regular cert number on the PSA website, it gives you the option to choose PSA or DNA and both return information.
