Need help identifying 2 Dale Earnhardt Trading Cards

I've had these for awhile but have never been able to find any information about them. I know that the picture on the #15 card was likely from the 1982 season, and the #3 is from the 1984 season, but I'm not sure how far after that these were made. Just wondering if anyone knows who made them, if they are part of a larger set, when they were made, etc...
