Toning should reduce the value of any coin. (IMO) That one should be a lot less.

my first observation specifically about 21-d and 21-s is that one will see quite a disparity of quality to the assigned grade for these and i haven't checked the pops recently.

on a side note, i was looking up 89-o morgans earlier in ms65 and they are well below sheets with some decent variance in price. a person could easily do a thesis on variations of sales prices from big auction firms for various usa coins. came very close to making a food for thought thread about 1951 proof dcam franks from the past 2-3 years.
