Anyone else having GavelSnipe issues?

Been using GavelSnipe for years. Never had a single issue until yesterday. None of my snipes executed due to CAPTCHA since July 20th:

Ebay has been blocking Gavelsnipe like that for a while.

Yes, had this happen to me for the first time yesterday. I'd been pretty lucky I guess as I know there had been a time recently where a bunch of people were having issues, but never happened to me until yesterday.

Sorry, I should have prefaced my question by saying that I know for quite some time there were issues, but I thought those had been resolved, and I personally had never had an issue until yesterday. Not the best news for sellers if for some reason now nobody can use GavelSnipe.

I was under the impression that the constant drumbeat among people that snipe is that it somehow saves them money, meaning sellers are getting lower final prices. I thought lower prices were bad for sellers? In turn, meaning no snipe services should actually be good for sellers? Yeah, I know...logic...

I understand what you are saying, and you are correct for the long term (i.e. once everyone understands their snipes don't work). But for the very immediate future, sellers are in for some low bids if snipes are not working for many.

Hopefully just temporary. Over the last year or so there’s been 2 or 3 times when my snipes have failed, but it’s always started working again in a day or two.
