Help pricing mid grade vintage lot

Hi guys, hoping for some advice.

My brother’s coworker’s brother recently passed away and left her with a small card collection. Since my brother and I do most things card related together, he brought them to me. It’s mostly 2 binders of 60’s and 70’s stars and semistars. No rookies of significance, and no Mantles, but a couple Clemente’s, a few Gibson’s, a Rose, a Yaz, a Maris, ‘63 Fleer Willie etc.

I’d say these cards would grade almost solely between PSA 3-6. I deal mostly with 80’s to present, so is there some sort of general advice you can give me in pricing the lot that would be fair to the nice lady and us, but wouldn’t take me days upon days to calculate?
