Unknown signature on baseball - need help!

My hubby (a big time collector) found this baseball in a box and we have NO idea whose signature it is. Any idea? We'd appreciate any help from the experts!

At least the "3" is easily identifiable. If you have any idea as to the team involved look up rosters from the era you think it dates from and see who wore that number. Modern era "scribble" autographs can be very hard to identify unless you have some source information.
Good tip, I appreciate it! Sadly, this is all we have. I'm hoping someone has a great memory and has seen it before!

If you've got any idea of year or team, you can filter further. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to filter by first name.
Might be international league? Regardless, thank you for the list. I'll work my way through it. It's quite the mystery!
