Those look like grading standards from the 1970s.
It has the wear of a mid/high AU coin. If color and lustre is natural then AU58 is likely, otherwise AU50-53.
I think it's been cleaned but I got it for 1900H money.
agree with Gene first was playing with XF45 solid. If a Canadian TPG, then probably only XF 40
