1990-91 Upper Deck Hockey question

Hoping someone has submitted cards from this set in the past and might be able to help. I've noticed a fair amount of cards in the set are a bit hairy on the cut similar to OPC. Does PSA take that into consideration when grading the cards?

Are you talking about the US or French boxes? Over the years I've seen the French cards with OPC-like edges get high grades...
