    You mean any card from those years? So, it can be a 1983 Donruss Baseball card, a 1989 Score Football card, and a 1986 Topps Garbage Pail Kid sticker card in one submission?

    The value of each card must also be below $100, I assume? Is that the value in raw form or assumed grade it would get when holdered? For example, a 1984 Donruss Mattingly is below $100 in PSA 8, but above it in PSA 9. How does one price a raw Mattingly?

    Yes, any Sports & Non-Sports from 1972-2016 qualify as modern cards.
    In a submission I would value a 1984 Donruss Mattingly at $50 and gladly pay an additional $75 if the Mattingly came back a PSA 10.

    Thanks for responding. If there was a Mattingly card that looked like a 10, but was only valued at $50 on the submission, and then the package gets lost, we will only get $50 compensation on that card, right?

    So, if the Mattingly card does make it to PSA in the bulk submission and gets graded a 10, then we would be charged more money because it exceeded the value/bulk submission guidelines? I would gladly pay that extra amount in that case, too. The problem is getting it there safe. Getting it from PSA to home should be no problem since it would be insured accordingly, I would hope.

    How do you mark the outside of the box for quarterly specials? They used to have numbers now they have names. Used to you would put "July CC special #1". What do you put now? The name are just "quarterly special"?
