eBay listing question for the tech savvy members out there (definitely NOT me)

I am trying to list an item on my phone.
When I go to "list your item" after completing the listing, I get a popup box that says ""Listing errors.......Oops, looks like you missed something. Please fix the problem below. Item specifics."
There is an OK button to hit. When I hit "OK" it takes me back to where I was.
NOWHERE in the listing does it give me an option to add "item specifisc."
I know what they are looking for....certified, uncertified, etc....but again, nowhere am I given the option to add them.
Any ideas ?
Thanks in advance for reading this.

You need to get the certified/uncertified and you need the circulated/uncirculated.

Just a dumb guess without seeing what you are seeing. :)

Yes I know but there is nowhere to add that option. That is what is aggravating me.

On your phone ... go to Desk top, see if that makes a difference.

Some item specifics (i.e. coin date, denomination, if certified, etc.) are required. Without them you cannot continue with the listing process. I don't list on a phone so I can't help you with that. I do know that on my desktop computer they are clear as day.
