Topps 39 Dick Hughes Miscut Card Question

Hi...

My son was looking through his cards the other night and asked about this one...not only off center but substantially so. I don't know very much about cards so thought I would ask here...any premium on something like this? The reverse shows that Boog Powell was the next card in the set.

No a miscut like that hurts the value.

If it was a star player it might command a slight premium.
Common players like Hughes would only be desirable to Cardinal collectors or possibly a select few maniac collectors
