It is similiar to what Walter Payton used to do.
Of course Walter Payton also used to run the stadium stairs a lot, which is a brutal workout.
This is more along the lines of my kind of workout.
Here we go.
Walter running uphill on sand, that has to be a tough workout.
Running in Sand is awesome for a good cardio workout, best be careful though cutting on sand can literally destroy your knees. Ask Patriots rookie RB Robert Edwards back on the 90’s. Pro bowl in Hawaii they had a rookie flag football game and he tore his knee up so bad it almost needed to be amputated!
I've never seen that before, that is awful. I didn't realize the dangers of playing on sand. That was brutal to watch.
