    Hard to say, I guess it's what a buyer is willing to pay. Check Ebay and see what his signed cards are going for, and that will give you a general idea. I haven't visited the Willie Pep card section of Ebay in a while, maybe I'll just mosey on over there and have a look.

    Yeah, after checking Ebay and Ebay completed sales, I would put the value in the $17- $20 range. Both of these sold in that range recently.

    Interesting that those two signatures are very different in style, and shape and even the dash below the name is bottom to bottom in one and top to top in the other. I would hesitate to buy either one.
