Question about PSA scanning your cards after grading

Do they scan every card, or is it done according to value or the level at which you submit your cards? I had a sub pop yesterday, but none of the cards have scans. If everything does get scanned, is there a lag between poppage and scannage (yes, I may have just made a word up 
)?
