I use these and you can customize the foam to fit whatever you want it to hold. If you google, you can always find a 20% off coupon and sometimes 25% off.

Do we have an idea as to how many cards the large and extra large cases will hold?

Using 4 rows, it'll hold roughly 180 cards.
