I've sent two questions through the form in the "Contact us" link on the web page and have heard nothing back yet. It's been a month or more with no response. Has anyone gotten a response using that tool? I assume it just sends an email to info@pcgs.com but maybe it goes somewhere else that isn't being looked at, that wouldn't make sense though.
These weren't very pressing issues but they are both issues that are keeping me from potentially selling two coins.
