I thought I'd saved the bid history on that one, but can't locate it. From what I remember, there was nothing fishy in the bidding and automatic feedback was left for the buyer indicating it had been paid for.
You know I have been watching some of the PSA 9's of the non-gold foil sell in the past couple months and I've seen sales in the mid 3 k range and then two weeks later the same card certification sells for half that 1.5k from the same seller... and I have no idea if any of the sales are legit..... I don't think they are ... the PSA 10 b/c of the pop. 2 strikes me as plausible.
It’s not always a perfect tell but I don’t recall it ever resurfacing so that works in the favor of a completed transaction.
Tiger "rookies", whether the 96 SIFK, these in gold or non-gold, or 01 UD have had tremendous volatility. Just look at the 01 UD #1 in a 10 over the past few years since that one is the most widely traded, from a sub $20 card to over $70 after last years Masters win (with a few sales peaking over $100), to consistently over $200 during the recent run up with a peak at over $300. I'm sure some of the peak sales have been manipulated, but it keeps finding higher consistent levels too, based either on his individual performance or general market exuberance.
This card sold for $1495.00 4 days ago....... 36 days ago the same card sold for over $3,769.00 .... same seller...... its a shifty business lol.
Check https://www.flippertools.com/tools/ebayOfferHistory/ebay-best-offer-actual-price.htm?itemId=+352671762810 The first time it really only sold for $900, not the $3739. APR is not picking up the actual price for BIN sales.
Considering the same seller is selling it again ....leads me to believe the 900.00 figure was bogus too. Am I to believe the seller sold it for 900 and then bought it back off of ebay just to resell it again? I cant buy that.
More than likely it was yet another instance of offer accepted then buyer requested cancel or never paid and a case was opened. The same seller sold several different 9s around that time and I didn't see any others relisted.
~that makes sense....
So the real sales prices from that seller:
$1000 (not relisted)
$1000 (not relisted)
$900 (relisted), $990 (2nd listing)
Somewhere in those values is the current going rate.
How would you rank his RC's?
I'm a "first card" guy, not a "official RC" fan, and really like scarcity so ...

Well, I believe you have sent me on my way with a good group of goals.... much appreciated.
Here's a bunch of the earlier ones pictured, though I'm due for an update as I've had quite a few additions/upgrades/downgrades since then: https://forums.collectors.com/discussion/1018060/all-hail-on-this-blessed-sunday-tiger-woods-show-and-tell-thread
I think a yacht in the Med. might require a Gold Foil BLACK LABEL...... A straight PSA 10 might fall short.... the Black Label hires a you a butler on board...
idk if that 64k sale is legit, but it should be. go look at the pop report for these 71T baseball cards on steroids -- 13 gems out of 12k+ graded. i popped an 89 Faldo dime last year and it felt like someone notified me that i won the powerball while i was simultaneously being zapped by lightning with one of my limbs in the pie hole of a hammerhead.
you'll never be able to outrun a bad diet
I should find my PSA-7 and see if I can "Bump" it
They don't get any of my business any longer, but there's some fun Tiger cards to watch. The 1983 Ed Brug panel is the most impressive in their golf selections this round, though calling it "high grade" when it will top at a PSA 1 is questionable.
