Can cello, wax and racks (regular or grocery) be submitted on the same form?
Thanks,

Yes, as long as they fall within the years specified. 1972 or later on one form. 1960-1971 on another and anything 1959 or earlier on another. Also, for 1972 and later, there's one option for value up to $249 and another for value $250 or higher.

No PSA does not have a holder for rack packs so do not accept them.

Oh wow. I thought they graded racks. Thanks for letting me know.

Pretty sure you can submit individual grocery racks, meaning 1 cello from within the rack pack.

You can as individual cello packs not in its original retail form.
