Let me get some professional opinions..

I have a 1959 Roger Maris that is graded a PSA 9 OC. I viewed the ones that are currently on EBAY and all 3 barely have a left border. The asking prices are around $400. My version looks much better, visually. Left to right centering is 65 - 35 , like an 8 subgrade maybe. Top to bottom is around 75 - 25, like a 7 subgrade range. Overall the card looks more like a 7 than a PSA 9 OC. All 4 corners are completely sharp.

So would my version have any appreciable value over the 3 listed on EBAY, or is a PSA 9 OC kind of the same price no matter what. Your opinion would be/could be helpful, thanks.

Work hard and you will succeed!!

I'd try to price it moderately higher than the others ($450-500?), but the OC qualifier seems to be the kiss of death for many buyers.

Kiss of death to me especially when you could get a straight 8 for $350-$400. I'd check completed sales and price accordingly. I think it's a hard sell and would sit forever at that price. But you never know nowadays...........

I agree with both comments. I would price it a little higher than average, but $400 for a PSA 9OC seems to not be the going rate, only the going listed rate.

The card is worth about $150
The NQ will kill you and most know it is 2 grades lower than a straight 9

    VCP on a 8NQ is about $145
I say this because the 9OC is saying about $140

Strange things can happen so good luck

But then again the seller vintagesnowmobiles is trying to say the SMR is $1750.00 ++

To me that is just pure fraud. At least he had the decency not to say "only 2 higher"
and actually list it as an oc in the description.

A PSA-9 (OC) should be priced a little higher than a psa-7 since it has psa-9 qualities other than centering. Here is mine...PSA-9.

This seller has always confused me. He has a card I want at 4 or 5 times it's value. It's literally been listed for YEARS and he refuses to drop the price. It is a high graded card, (1971 Killebrew tattoo PSA 9) but I picked up the same thing one grade lower at 1/10 the price.
